Noticeable audio quality issues? There was no audio!

We have got some season passes to some of our favorite TV shows through the iTunes store (yes, with US iTunes account) and the most recent episode of CSI had no sound. Today an email came from Apple saying:
Dear Magnus,Thank you for downloading “Lover’s Lanes” from CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Season 10. The video you received may have had some noticeable audio quality issues.To correct this problem, we placed a new copy of this item in your download queue.
I just thought that was funny: “noticeable audio quality issues.” Yes, we noticed thank you very much because there was no audio at all. I’d call that a noticeable issue. Anyway, the new episode is downloading now so hopefully the problem is fixed.
