iPhone Available February 15 in UAE, New iPhone Coming in June

business24-7In an article in today’s Business 24-7 it’s stated that the iPhone will be available in UAE on February 15, according to Dow Jones.

The article also says that “next version of the device, which is due out in June, will be launched in the UAE at the same time.”

So there’s a new iPhone coming out in June!

From the article we also learn that the iPhone will be sold in Etisalat retail outlets and business centers. Etisalat says they’ve “… invested heavily in training our staff and have spent four times more than usual. Teams from Apple have come in regularly and spent time with the employees, therefore there was no requirement to hire any new staff.”

I reserve judgement about the level of training until I have to call them the first time with an iPhone issue.
