iPhone 3G Finally Available From Orange in Jordan

Via SaudiMac we learn that Orange has started selling iPhone in Jordan.

They offer three levels of contracts with varying number of included minutes, data, and text messages. The plans vary from AED156 to AED416 per month, so that seems pretty reasonable. But a problem is that even the highest plan includes only 2GB of data, which I assume would be pretty easy to exceed. For each level they offer iPhone 3G black (8 or 16GB and white (only 16GB).

Let’s hope this means that Apple is getting closer to making the iPhone available in other countries in the Middle East.

Update: I did forget to mention that the iPhone 3G now available in Jordan does not have support for Arabic.
