ABM Introduces First Corporate Identity, Distance Themselves From Apple?

With a press release today, Arab Business Machine Ltd (ABM), announced their new corporate identity. Elias Abou Rustom, Ph.D, General Manager, ABM said, “With the new corporate identity being launched, we are demonstrating the critical need for a visual identity for ABM, which will allow us to build on our innovative brand. This will give us a visual representation that our clients and the public can identify with”.

Do you like their new identity? Arab Business Machine has been known as Apple IMC Middle East, Apple’s distributor throughout the Middle East. With other recent developments concerning Apple distributors, is this identity news another sign of things to come? If so, what does it really mean? Of course all we can do is speculate.

Seems many people at GITEX feel something’s happening. What it is no one knows. Perhaps it’s just GITEX stress and pressure or the new store they’re opening in Dubai Mall… who knows…
so are they finally getting their own website now

I think its a good step.
I like the logo, though the font doesn’t give the impact I would want.
Wish them the best of luck with this new step.
Not sure why but the font looks a bit like the Star Trek font to me
